IKEA Germany - homepage rebrush

We were asked by IKEA Germany to optimize and redesign their current homepage. Based on the existing cms system we defined a new modular grid to invite the user to explore the recent stories and offer. The main module includes a “shop the look” behavoir which enables the user to shop every item in the featured roomset within three clicks. Besides that we provided a litte UI- and Font-Toolset to support the marketing team of IKEA Germany to publish new stories right away. Our aim for the “Community Wall” was to highlight the connection with the brand and increase its identification power. This has a positive influence on the purchasing decisions of the customers.
